I know I need to find the net ionic equation but once I get there how do I solve for each ion's molarity?

First things first. You MUST write a correctly balanced equation:

Na₂SO₄(aq) + Pb(NO₃)₂(aq) ==> 2NaNO₃(aq) + PbSO₄(s) ... balanced equation

Next, while you might want to write a net ionic equation, it isn't necessary. I would have proceeded without writing a net ionic equation and would have explained as I go, but unfortunately, you DID NOT provide the concentration of the Pb(NO3)2 solution, so we cannot proceed.
