First things first. You MUST write a correctly balanced equation:
Na2SO4(aq) + Pb(NO3)2(aq) ==> 2NaNO3(aq) + PbSO4(s) ... balanced equation
Next, while you might want to write a net ionic equation, it isn't necessary. I would have proceeded without writing a net ionic equation and would have explained as I go, but unfortunately, you DID NOT provide the concentration of the Pb(NO3)2 solution, so we cannot proceed.
