x^2 + (1/14)x - 3/14 = 0

x^2 + (1/14)x + 1/784 = 3/14 + 1/784

(x+1/28)^2 = 168/784

x+ 1/28 = + or - 168/784 = 84/392 = 42/196 = 21/98

x = -128 + or - 21/94 are the x intercepts

y intercept is -3, just lt x = 0 and solve for y, y=-3
