first, 71/360 is roughly 1/4, so we should get close to 1 second.

360 = w4
w = 90 deg/s
71 = 90t

I am using ratios to solve 1 rev/4 sec and 360 deg/1 rev Rev cancels leaving 360 deg/4 sec which is 90 deg/1sec Now using proportions 90 deg/ 1 sec = 71 deg/ x sec cross multiply and divide 90x = 71 x = 71/90 = .789 sec to rotate 71 deg10/06/20
