How to write a rule for Transformation Figures?

Can someone please explain how to write a rule for a reflection and rotation figure?

Here is an example,

Original Coordinates:

S (-5,3)

X (-4,-2)

U (-2,-1)

New"moved" coordinates:

S(5,-3)

X (4,2)

U (2,1)

Answer 1

(x, y) → (x, - y) → (- x, - y)

Here we have 1st reflection about x-axis and 2nd reflection about y-axis;

or (x, y) → (- x, - y) rotation CCV about origin 180°.
