When you are given STP (standard temperature and pressure) remember that 1 mole of an ideal gas = 22.4 L.
When you have STP, you won't have to use PV = nRT if you remember this.
So is you have 210 L you simply find moles as follows:
210 L x 1 mol/22.4 L = 9.375 moles = 9.38 moles of CO2
