Write the balance equation:
HCl + NaOH ==> NaCl + H2O
Note that the mole ratio of HCl to NaOH is 1:1
moles of NaOH present = 25.59 ml x 1 L/1000 ml x 1,750 mol/L = 0.04478 moles NaOH
moles of HCl needed = 0.04478 moles of HCl needed because the mol ratio is 1:1
So, in order to find the molarity of the HCl, we would have to know the VOLUME of the HCl that was used. This is not given and so we cannot answer the question.
