Outliers are numbers that are most far away from the rest of the set of the data. If u were to graph these numbers in a histogram, u would easily be able to see where most of the data clump and lie and u would be able to see the central tendency as well as the outliers. The outlier lie furthest away from the rest of the data and you would be able to see that between 5 and 13 are further from the rest of the data for the lower limit (especially 5) while 83 is the upper outlier. Outliers also significantly change or alter (skew) the mean, when taken out of the data set of numbers and this skewing can either be to the left or to the right. So the major outliers in this set of data are: 5 and 83. 13 may also be considered an outlier depending on how you look at it.
