The chemical formula for urea is CH4N2O
CO2 + 2NH3 ==> CH4N2O + H2O ... balanced equation
molar mass urea = 60.0 g/mol
125 g urea x 1 mol urea/60 g x 1 mol CO2/mol urea x 44 g CO2/mol = 91.7 g CO2 needed
If you didn't know or didn't want to use the balanced equation above, you could still solve the problem by knowing that 1 mol CO2 produces 1 mol urea since there is 1 C in urea.
