If sin and cos are both positive then angle is in first quadrant and cot = cos/sin is positive
cos^2 = 1 - sin^2
cos^2 = 1 - 4/9 = 5/9
cos = sqrt(5)/3
cot = (sqrt(5)/3) / (2/3) = sqrt(5)/2
