True or False: Data with 0 responses can be left out of frequency tables?

This is not really a "true or false" kind of question. I need a little more context to understand the question. If you are talking about a categorical variable and there were no responses for a particular category, you would still list the category and show 0 responses. If you were simply listing the numerical values you received for a quantitative variable, you don't have to list any numbers that had 0 responses.
