find the measure of AC=3x+6 and CD=2x+14

We need a picture or at least a description of AC and CD to do this problem. Are these congruent segments? If so then just make 3x + 6 equal to 2x + 14 and solve for x. If the question wants to know the length of AC and CD, then plug the x back in to either equation to get the length.

There is definitely not enough information to solve this problem. You need to specify the relationship between AC and CD.
