Acceleration is the change in velocity over time. And the train went from going 95m/s to 0m/s (full stop) in 15 seconds. So the change in velocity is -95m/s, and then you divide that by time (15 seconds). -95/15 = -6.33, so the acceleration is -6.33m/s/s.
