The three measures are mean, median, and mode.
Mean is the average, arithmetically this is found by summing all values and then dividing that sum by the total number of values... so it’s unique for a fixed collection of values.
Median is the midpoint of the collection values, so it’s unique for a fixed collection of values.
Mode is the most frequent value of the given values in the collection. What if there are two values that are most frequent or three or perhaps all values in the collection only occur once? Then there would be more than one mode!
