How do we find the midpoint? We add the x's and divide by 2 and the same with the y's.
(x + (-7))/2 = -4
x - 7 = -8
x = -1
I bet you can find the y-value!

(x+ -7)/2 = -4 and (y + -3)/2 = -6 where L is at (x,y)
Then x = -1 and y =-9, so L is at (-1,-9)
