Opposite rays form a line so the two angles add up to 180, divide 180 by 5 to get the smaller angle.
smaller angle = 36
larger angle = 144
one angle is 4 times the other angle:
first angle is x
second angle is 4x
add them you get
5x = 180

The angle XWY is represented by X. The angle YWZ would be represented by 4X, because the angle YWZ is multiplied by 4. Which gives you 5X. That is where the 5 comes from. So, then you take 5X=180, divide both sides by 5 so X=36. The smaller angle YWZ is 36 degress. The second angle is 4X, which is 4(36) which gives you 144 degrees for XWY, the larger angle. I hoped this helped.10/02/20
