I came up with 41.8 approximately the subtract from 180 - 41.8 = 138.2

make sure your calculator is in degree mode when you do inverse sine

Not sure what you mean by graphs, but here are the two locations where sin(θ) = 2/3 (remember that sin(θ) = opposite/hypotenuse).
