Draw a diagram. Suppose A is the window, B is the top of the tower, C is the bottom of the tower, and D is the point on the tower at the same horizontal level as the window.
You need to find BC.
Find BD, DC then add these together to give this°.
For BD : AD is 350 ft, the angle CAD is 43. So BD/350 = tan 43°. From this you can find BD.
Try and figure out DC in a similar way. (angle DAC will be 22 degrees).
