if the hypotenuse of the right triangle is a diameter of the circle then the triangle is an isosceles right triangle

Blythie H.
asked 07/23/20I'm wondering, is it possible to tell whether a triangle circumscribed in a circle, can we identify whether it is an isosceles right triangle without ever knowing any side lengths or other angles other than the 90 degree one at the top?

If a right triangle is inscribed in a circle the hypotenuse is always a diameter. The triangle could be isosceles, or equilateral, or scalene.07/23/20
