I would assume you are studying gas laws. The law that the volume of a given mass of gas varies directly with absolute temperature of the mass gas when pressure is kept constant. This is represented as:
V/T = k
The questions state there is no pressure change, therefore, the pressure is constant. So we can use the following equation:
V1/ T1 = V2/T2
T1 = 21 + 273 = 294K
V1 = 1890 L Side note: In chemistry always put units, for this problem I will T2 = 93 + 273 = 366K assume the unit is Liter.
Now solve for V2:
V2 = V1(T2)/ T1 = (1890 L* 366 K)/294 K = 2353 L
