arranging a sports complex

Question

Building a new sports complex that includes 8 baseball fields, 4 soccer fields and 3 buildings that have concessions and restrooms. How do you arrange the structures using translations, reflections and rotations

This seems like a very open ended question. I am not entirely sure what is expected of you, but I would try drawing a map of what the complex might look like on the coordinate plane (using graph paper).
