m = (2 - (-13))/(2 - 5) = 15/-3 = -5
1. y = mx + b. Use either point.
2 = -5(2) + b
2 = -10 + b
b = 12
y = -5x + 12
2. y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 2 = -5(x - 2)
y - 2 = -5x + 10
y = -5x + 12
