Decide whether or not the following sampling distribution is approximately normal. Explain.

A survey of U.S. adults found that 81% are happy with their current employer. You randomly select 20 adults and ask them if they are happy with their current employer.

To assume normality n*p > 10 and n(1-p) > 10, where n = 20 and p = 0.81.

n*p = 16.2

n*(1-p) = 3.8

So distribution is NOT approximately normal.
