What are you doing to get through online virtual classes?

The biggest challenge I am seeing with students is that it is difficult to go from a face to face meeting place to an online meeting where often, you don't even see the other students. As a teacher, I have a working computer that has a camera and an audio device and a microphone device. Students can see me and hear me easily. When students do not have all the equipment, they can feel left out of class discussions, because they are left out of class discussions! They can only enter if they have a mic where they can speak. Another challenge for me is that I don't see many of the students and it is diffcult to visualize what they look like to remember them. The entire process can be very awkward!!! Courtney W., MA.
