How can I use the moving and additivity principles about areas when we are discussing about circles?

Answer 1

If you move a circle without stretching it the area of the circle does not change (moving principle)

If you combine a finite set of circles without overlapping them then the area of the combined set of circles is the sum of the individual areas (additivity principle)
