What volume (in L) of 1.1 M FeCl₃ would be required to obtain 0.70 moles of Cl⁻ ions?

You forgot to multiply the 1.1 mol FeCl3 by 3 since there are 3 moles of Cl. Then it would be xL (3.3 mol Cl/L) = 0.70 mol Cl. Solving for x will give you 0.21 L
