Slope of line AB passing through (-3,-1)
and (4,4)
Slope =( 4+1)/(4+3)= 5/7
Slope of line at 90 degree
= -1/m= -7/5
So equation of BC
Y= mX +b
Y = -7/5X +b as it passes through B (4,4)
4 = -7/5(4) +b
b=48/5
Y = -7/5 X +48/5
5Y +7X =48
or
-5Y -7X = -48
is the correct option
