Ok so I figured out part of the net ionic equation from that; Na2SO4(aq)+Ba(NO3)2(aq) > BaSO4(?)+NaNO3(?) But I don't know how to determine if the Barium Sulfate and Sodium Nitrate are aq or s

You don't really figure it out, you either memorize the solubility rules or look them up. In this case, BaSO4 is solid and all nitrates are soluble so NaNO3 is aqueous. See net ionic in my answer below.
