How many half lives have elapsed? 363 days x 1 half life/60.5 days = 6 half lives = n

FR = fraction remaining = 0.5⁶ = 0.015625

amount remaining = 64.0 g x 0.015625 = 1.0 g remain

We are going to do the same process as before. If Californium- 254 has a half live of 60.5 and we have 64 grams , I divided 363 by 60.5 and the quotient is 6. So we have 6 half lives. or 2^6 or 1/64 of the 64 grams.
