- You can rewrite this equation by trying to group the "x" and the "y" separately.
- Move the constant to the right side of the equation
- Use the complete the square method for both "x" and "y"
- Write the left side in the form of two squared binomials and simplify the result on the right side
- You can square root the number presented on the left side of the equation
- The center will be (h, k) and the radius=r
If you follow these steps accurately, you should find center (3,2) and radius= 4
