Hi Lisbeth,
Midpoint is the average of the 2 x coordinates divided by two and the two y coordinates divided by 2. So then set up an algebraic equation to solve for the unknown points of the endpoint.
Example
-10 = 5 + x/2 solve for x and then do the same setup for y.
