GIMP inkscape not loading?

Question

So I just downloaded GIMP inkscape on to my AGFA Photo tablet, and it comes up with 

 

"Error: X server failed to launch.

 

This may happen because of SELinux,

or because installation was corrupted.

Either way, this app will not work, which is sad."

 

What does this mean?

How can I load GIMP on my tablet without this happening?

Before downloading please look for the version of GIMP that is compatible with the OS of your tablet.
