Even though you didn't supply the equation, I'll assume it is as follows:
B2H6 + 3O2 → 2HBO2 + 2H2O ... balanced equation
Using dimensional analysis, you can easily solve for the moles of B2H6 needed to react with 17 moles O2:
17 moles O2 x 1 mol B2H6/3 mol O2 = 5.7 moles B2H6 needed
