At constant temperature, we are dealing with Boyle's Law:
P1V1 = P2V2
(748 mm)(22.5 L) = (725 mm)(P2)
P2 = 23.2 L
(NOTE: the question says it is a compression but clearly 725 mm Hg is a lower pressure than 748 mm Hg. So this is an expansion, not a compression. That is why the volume increases).
