What is the reaction taking place?
copper(II) oxide = CuO
CuO + H2SO4 ==> CuSO4 + H2O
In order to answer the question as asked, we would need to know the concentration of the H2SO4 so that we can determine if CuO or H2SO4 is present in limiting amount. Without that knowledge, we cannot answer this.
