Quick question about electrode potential value

If Ag⁺ + e- ---> Ag(s) Eº = +0.80 V, does that mean that the reverse of this reaction has the same E⁰? Or does it become negative?

What you show is the reduction potential, i.e. Ag+ + e- ==> Ag(s) and E = +0.80 V. The reverse reaction would be oxidation and yes, the oxidation potential will be E= -0.80 V
