By DeMoivre's Theorem, when dividing complex numbers in Trigonometric Form, we divide the magnitudes and subtract the arguments.
So, for this problem, we get (15/5)[cos(245°-117°) + isin(245°-117°)] = 3(cos128° + isin128°)
