Hmmm... No wonder you're confused! It looks like you have the same question twice!
That said, remember that the Lateral Area is the combined area of JUST THE FACES of the pyramid, while Surface Area is the combined area of ALL FACES AND THE BASE.
Since the Faces are triangles, you simply use the Triangle Area formula, A=bh/2 = (11*15)/2, for EACH face. Since there are 4 faces, you then multiply that by 4. That is your Lateral Area.
Then to find the SA, simply add the number you got above, to the area of the Base. And since the Base is a square (11x11), that's easy!
