To what temperature must a mixture of 500g of water at 20°C and
30g of KClO3 be raised in order for the solute to dissolve completely?

According to the solubility chart that I found, KClO3 is soluble at 20ºC to the extent of approximately 10 g per 100 g of H2O. So, at 20ºC 500 g of H2O would be able to "hold" 50 g of KClO3. That is, you wouldn't have to raise the temperature at all because 30 g KClO3 would be soluble in 500 g of H2O at 20ºC
