To begin with, anomaly detection refers to events that deviate from or do not conform to specific datasets. Many business organizations handle data from different sources and integrate multiple resources. They have to make sure their business process are free from fault and security incident. For instance, anomaly detection can be found in hidden malicious data breaches. Anomaly behavior that includes outside attacks or inside threat is the abnormal behavior of a customer that is different from a typical customer.
