Well, colligative properties are related to the NUMBER of particles that are present. Considering the ideal gas law, one of the variable is P (pressure). Since pressure results from collisions of the gas particles with the walls of the container, the more particles the greater the pressure. That's equivalent to saying the more moles, the greater the pressure. In that limited respect, one could view the ideal gas law as being somewhat like a colligative property.
