C3H8 + 5O2 ==> 3CO2 + 4H2O ... balanced equation

The limiting reactant has to be propane since it tells you that oxygen is in excess
Use the stoichiometry of the balanced equation along with dimensional analysis to find the answer:
19.3 g C3H8 x 1 mol C3H8/44.1 g x 3 mol CO2/mol C3H8 x 44 g CO2/mol CO2 = 57.8 g CO2 (3 sig.figs.)
