V = A_bl

Area of a triangle is one half the base times the height, A_b = (1/2)bh.

b = 11

h = 5

l = 7

A_b = (1/2)(11)(5)

A_b = 55/2

V = (55/2)(7)

V = 385/2

V = 192.5

Therefore, the answer is C, 192.5cm³.
