n their time at home, many students have been baking. Olivia just made a batch of chocolate chip cookies and each cookie measures approximately 3 inches in diameter and has 15 chocolate chips. For review of our circles unit, she wants to make a chocolate chip cookie for the class that measures 2 feet in diameter. How many chocolate chips should she use to maintain the same density of chips?  Use 3.14 for and round to the nearest whole chip.

15 : 2.25 :: c : 144

2.25c = (15)(144)
