Since PR = QR, the point R must lie on the perpendicular bisector of PQ.
Find the mid point of PQ.(1/2 the sum of each co-ordinate).
Find the slope of the line through PQ using the 2 point formula.
Find the equation of the line with this slope through the midpoint of PQ.
Find the value of y on in this equation when x=0.--- this is R
The method for the point S follows the same logic.
