Find a table of standard enthalpy and plug in the values in the following formula...
∆Hrxn = [∆HfCO2(g) + ∆HfH2(g)] - [∆HfCO(g) + ∆HfH2O(g)]
NOTES:
The ∆H in the above formula should be ∆Hº (too lazy to put the superscript in)
The ∆Hf for H2(g) will be zero
Pay attention to the states. The ∆H2O(g) is not the same as ∆HH2O(l) for example
The formula is ∑products - ∑reactants
