Not clear what the shape of the pool is, but it sounds like it is in the shape of a cylinder. Volume of a cylinder = πr²h, where r is the radius and h is the height of the pool. If the pool has a diameter of 27 ft, then the radius of the pool is half that amount, which is 13.5 ft. Plug that, along with h = 4, into the volume formula for a cylinder.
