I need help with the diagram and what each part is and angle of depression versus elevation

You find yourself on top of a building and you begin to wonder how high up you are. Noticing that you have a clear view of the top and bottom of the James Monroe building , and remembering that you have a clinometer in your pocket, you realize you can figure this out. You google the James Monroe building and learn that it is 449 feet tall. You then use your clinometer to determine that the angle of elevation of the top of the Monroe building is 11 degrees and that the angle of depression of the bottom of the Monroe building is 19 degrees. How high up are you?
