Percent change = 100% *(new - old)/ old

new total = 136

old total = 61

100% * (136 - 61)/61 = 100% * 75/61 = 7500%/61 = 122 and 58/61 % increase

clearly increased by more than 100%

So who has the biggest growth based on that formula?

Of those originally in existence, the largest gain is Metro Manila, from 4 to 16.

IIcos and Davio did not exist, so you have to ask about that.

Note that it causes division by zero in the formula, as you cannot measure the change percent of

something that did not exist to begin with... there is nothing to compare it to

Zamboanga did not change at all
