The number of trials in 5; the number of successes we are interested in is 3; the probability of success on any one trial is 0.46; the probability of failure on any one trial is 0.54 (1 - 0,46. n = 5, x = 3, p = 0.46, q = 0.54. Some writers use k instead of x.

n=5 customers
x=3 are comfortable with delivery drones
p=0.46 is the probability that any randomly selected customer shall be comfortable with delivery drones
q = 1-p = 1 - 0.46 = 0.54 is the probability that any randomly selected customer is NOT comfortable with
the delivery drones
