Unfortunately, this particular problem does not make sense. If the circle has a radius of 32 inches, the entire distance around the circle is called the circumference and C = 2πr. In this case:
C = 2πr = 2π(32)≈201 in.
Accordingly, arc length cannot be more than 201 inches as that is the entire distance around the circle already. unless that 280 is in units smaller than inches to begin with :)
